Binding Terms for Service Use

Vector Tracing Service believes in keeping things straightforward. When you use our services and browse our website, we want you to know exactly about the terms and conditions. We don’t use any complicated terms and hidden laws.

1. Our Service Promise

We convert raster images into scalable vector graphics. Your files will be ready for printing, cutting, embroidery, or digital use as per requirements.

Every file we deliver is manually traced with precision and care. You send the image, and we handle the vector conversion.

You may ask for additional Photo Editing Services. Our services aren’t limited to vector conversion only.

2. What We Expect from You

We don’t ask for much. You just need to follow those things:

  • You either own the image you’re submitting or have clear rights to use it.
  • You’re not sending us anything that’s illegal, hateful, or harmful.
  • You provide any necessary instructions or preferences, such as file formats, color choices, etc., when submitting your order.

3. Turnaround & Delivery

Most projects are delivered within 1–3 business days. More complex vector tracing service may take a bit longer. But we’ll always let you know in advance. We’ll deliver your files in the format(s) you choose: AI, SVG, EPS, PDF, or a custom request.

4. Revisions Policy

Need a small correction? No problem. Free revisions are included with our service. We’re happy to fix anything that wasn’t delivered as requested.

Major changes like swapping out parts of the image or tracing a completely different version may require a new order.

But we’ll never charge without discussing it first.

5. Payments & Refunds

We believe in fair pricing and honest work. Payment is collected securely before delivery or as per the agreement.

Refunds: Since this is a custom digital service, we don’t offer refunds for successfully completed projects. But if we made a mistake or didn’t meet the scope of your request, we’ll absolutely make it right.

If revision is not enough, you can ask for a refund within 3 days after delivery (only when the result is not according to the instructions).

6. Intellectual Property

Your work stays yours. We don’t own it, claim it, or resell it. If you’d like us to delete your files after delivery, just ask.

In some cases, with your permission, we may feature the final vector in our portfolio. We will take your permission for that.

7. We Reserve the Right To

We may decline an order if:

  • The image violates copyright laws or contains explicit/harmful content.

The quality is too poor to trace with usable results. We’ll tell you if this is the case.

  • The request falls outside the scope of our service.
